TuneUp Software for a Windows PC has always been a hot topic for a number of reasons:

Please tell me you backed up first and then documented all the changes you made so you can do them again when you eventually have to reinstall Windows.
2. Second, you can trade a few dollars from your wallet in exchange for countless hours of your time – not to mention frustration – and buy a reasonably priced piece of software to do the job for you – automatically!

Personally, my time is too valuable to try method #1 above, so I am continuously in search of worthwhile programs I can buy for few bucks to do the job for me.
